In an effort to operate our business as smoothly as possible, here is the way that ordering/pricing, fulfillment and shipping works:
Purchase is for a Single cut of meat with weight range outlined on the product page and usually in the title of the product.
Because each cut of meat is a different weight we charge up front for the largest weight and refund the difference once we get the actual exact weight of your cut. Partial refunds are made the following business day once your order is fulfilled.
Shipping is included in the price of the meat, so there are no additional charges for shipping on any orders.
We select your cut from the freshest our butchers have made. If you require a specific weight, including larger order inquiries, or have any questions at all reach out and we will be happy to help.
Orders are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight (1-2 Days) in insulated packaging with blanket and ice packs to maintain 30-34 Degree Temp.
Order Fulfillment Time: Orders placed on Sun-Wed Ship Next Day, orders placed Th-Sa will ship on Monday
All order deliveries require a signature, FedEx will not leave a package unattended
